How to make a claim?
We like to keep things simple. If you have any problems with your IDDLEFIT product, snap a photo and send it to us via email (email@example.com) with a brief description of the problem as well as when and where you purchased your product. We will contact you shortly to follow up with your claim.
Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. IDDLEFIT will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country. Orders leave our warehouse between 1-3 business days after being placed. During this processing time, if you decide to cancel or change your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can try to correct your order before shipping. We will not be able to make any changes once your order has been shipped. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your new and unused product in the original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your product, please contact email@example.com. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from us through our website, E-Bay or Amazon shop. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from where your product was purchased. All international sales outside of the EU are final.
